USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Thank you for your interest in Talisman World Online (“Talisman World Online,” the “Game,” or the “Server”). Talisman World Online is a private online game server that allows players from different locations to participate simultaneously in the same virtual environment.

By creating an account, accessing the website, using the launcher, playing on the server, or purchasing any digital content made available by Talisman World Online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).

This EULA describes the terms and conditions under which you may:

  • access and use the Talisman World Online website, launcher, and services;
  • create and use a player account;
  • access the server and participate in the game;
  • purchase virtual credits, items, and digital content made available within the game ecosystem.

If you do not agree to this EULA, you must not create an account, use the website, access the server, or purchase any digital content related to Talisman World Online.

1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY

To use Talisman World Online, you must:

  • create and maintain a valid account;
  • obtain and maintain your own internet access;
  • fully comply with this EULA and any other rules, policies, or notices published on the official website.

Talisman World Online is not responsible for connection failures, internet outages, hardware issues, software problems, antivirus or firewall interference, operating system issues, or any other external factor that may prevent access to the game.

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1 Account Creation

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is true and that you will use your account solely for personal entertainment purposes. Each account is personal, individual, and non-transferable.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account, regardless of who uses it.

You may not:

  • share your account with third parties;
  • sell, rent, donate, assign, or transfer your account;
  • use another person’s account;
  • allow any third party to access your account.

2.3 Password and Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for taking appropriate measures to protect your account.

Talisman World Online is not responsible for the loss of items, characters, currency, credits, progress, or any other account-related data resulting from password sharing, unauthorized use by third parties, phishing, external hacking attempts, user negligence, or malicious software on the user’s device.

2.4 Account, Character, and Guild Names

You may not use names that:

  • infringe the rights of third parties;
  • are offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or unlawful;
  • impersonate staff members, administrators, or support personnel;
  • are intended to deceive other players.

Talisman World Online may change, remove, or block inappropriate names at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. MINORS

By creating an account, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to accept this EULA under applicable law, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If the user is a minor, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the account and its use. The parent or guardian acknowledges that the game may include user interaction, messages, combat, competition, and other common features of online games.

4. USER CONDUCT

Your use of Talisman World Online is conditioned upon proper conduct.

The following actions are prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • using bots, hacks, cheats, macros, scripts, exploits, or any unauthorized automation;
  • modifying the client, launcher, files, memory, interface, or game functionality without authorization;
  • exploiting bugs or system flaws;
  • committing fraud, economic abuse, item duplication, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage;
  • harassing, threatening, stalking, defaming, or insulting other players or members of the staff;
  • posting or distributing unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, or inappropriate content;
  • attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise accounts, servers, databases, websites, panels, or systems related to the game;
  • selling, buying, or trading characters, accounts, items, or in-game currency outside authorized channels when prohibited by administration;
  • using the server for unauthorized commercial purposes;
  • engaging in any action that harms the stability, security, or proper operation of the server.

Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, without refund.

5. VIRTUAL CREDITS, T-POINTS, AND DIGITAL ITEMS

5.1 Nature of T-Points

Talisman World Online may offer T-Points, virtual credits, and other digital content for use exclusively within the game.

T-Points:

  • are virtual credits for internal in-game use only;
  • have no real-world monetary value;
  • are not electronic money, investments, financial assets, or securities;
  • may not be redeemed for cash;
  • may not be converted into real currency;
  • may not be transferred outside the game environment unless the system expressly allows it.

5.2 Purchases

Purchases made on the website are intended for the acquisition of digital content for use within Talisman World Online. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are obtaining virtual digital content for entertainment purposes within the server.

5.3 Delivery

T-Points, items, or digital benefits will be delivered virtually to the player’s account according to the applicable system rules and processing times. The user is responsible for confirming that they are logged into the correct account before completing a purchase.

5.4 No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and virtual delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once T-Points or other digital content have been credited or delivered to the player’s account, there will be no refund, reversal, or cash conversion, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

5.5 Fraud and Payment Disputes

Talisman World Online reserves the right to suspend accounts, block access, cancel credits, or reverse benefits obtained through fraudulent, disputed, charged-back, or unauthorized payment activity.

6. SUSPENSION, BAN, AND ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Talisman World Online may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

  • violation of this EULA;
  • suspected fraud or chargebacks;
  • use of prohibited software;
  • bug abuse;
  • abusive or harmful conduct toward the community;
  • attempts to compromise server security;
  • submission of false information;
  • legal requirements or judicial orders.

Suspension or termination of an account may result in the loss of:

  • characters;
  • items;
  • currency;
  • T-Points;
  • progress;
  • server access;
  • any benefits associated with the account.

In such cases, the user will not be entitled to compensation or refund, except where required by law.

7. SERVICE TERMINATION

Talisman World Online does not guarantee that the server will remain available indefinitely.

The administration may, at any time, change, limit, interrupt, or terminate, in whole or in part:

  • the website;
  • the launcher;
  • the server;
  • events;
  • systems;
  • content;
  • features;
  • virtual credits.

If the service is terminated, the user acknowledges that characters, accounts, items, currencies, and progress are tied to the server’s digital environment and may cease to exist without creating any right to compensation.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA

By using Talisman World Online, you agree that certain data may be collected and processed to enable the operation of the services, including, where applicable:

  • username;
  • email address;
  • IP address;
  • login records;
  • purchase information;
  • technical device data;
  • website, launcher, and server activity logs.

Such data may be used for:

  • account authentication;
  • system security;
  • fraud prevention;
  • technical support;
  • game administration;
  • legal compliance;

The user acknowledges that no system is completely immune to failures or unauthorized access, and that Talisman World Online will take reasonable security measures without guaranteeing absolute protection against hacking, interception, or data leaks caused by third parties.

9. MONITORING AND SECURITY

10. LICENSE GRANT

Talisman World Online grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the website, launcher, and server solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this EULA.

This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the game, website, systems, images, text, trademarks, interfaces, files, characters, items, sounds, videos, code, logos, or any other content related to Talisman World Online.

11. USE RESTRICTIONS

Without express authorization, you may not:

  • copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the service;
  • modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the launcher, website, client, or systems;
  • reproduce visual, textual, or technical content from the server for commercial purposes;
  • use the names, branding, layouts, images, or content of Talisman World Online without permission.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Talisman World Online and/or their respective rights holders.

12. OWNERSHIP OF GAME DATA

All elements associated with the game environment, including but not limited to accounts, characters, items, currencies, T-Points, rankings, statistics, names, histories, progression, and internal server data are part of the digital environment of Talisman World Online.

The user receives only a limited permission to use such elements within the server and does not acquire any real ownership rights over them.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Talisman World Online is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

There is no guarantee that:

  • the server will remain online without interruption;
  • bugs will not occur;
  • events will not be modified;
  • systems will remain unchanged over time;
  • items, classes, maps, rates, balance, or mechanics will not be adjusted.

The user assumes the risks inherent in using online services.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talisman World Online shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • lost profits;
  • loss of opportunity;
  • loss of data;
  • loss of characters, items, currency, or progress;
  • service interruptions;
  • technical failures;
  • actions of third parties;
  • hacking attempts, attacks, viruses, or external fraud;
  • internet, power, or device failures on the user’s side.

Participation in the server is at the user’s own risk.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talisman World Online, its administrators, staff, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • your violation of this EULA;
  • misuse of your account;
  • payment fraud;
  • unlawful or abusive conduct;
  • violation of third-party rights.

16. CHANGES TO RULES AND THIS EULA

Talisman World Online may modify this EULA, policies, systems, content, prices, payment methods, events, mechanics, bonuses, and rules of conduct at any time.

The updated version will become effective upon publication on the official website, unless otherwise expressly stated. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This EULA shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the legal operator responsible for Talisman World Online, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be submitted to the courts of the legal operator’s jurisdiction, with the parties waiving any other venue that may otherwise apply, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

18. FINAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This EULA constitutes the entire understanding between the user and Talisman World Online regarding the use of the website, launcher, server, accounts, and digital content made available through the service.

By creating an account, logging in, using the website, accessing the server, or purchasing T-Points, you confirm that you understand and agree to this EULA.
