DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold through the Talisman World Online website consist of virtual in-game currency (T-Points) or other digital goods used exclusively inside the game.

T-Points are a virtual currency that:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money
• Cannot be transferred outside the game environment

DELIVERY OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY

After payment confirmation, purchased T-Points are automatically delivered to the player's game account associated with the active login session.

Delivery is usually instant, but in some cases may take a few minutes due to payment verification or server processing.

Players are responsible for ensuring they are logged into the correct account before completing a purchase.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers, which may include:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• Mercado Pago
• Other supported payment processors

Talisman World Online does not store or process credit card information directly.

All payment information is handled securely by the payment provider.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the purchased currency has been delivered to the player's account.

Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided after delivery.

For more information, please review our Refund Policy.

FRAUD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a bank, credit card company, or payment processor, the associated game account may be temporarily or permanently suspended while the case is investigated.

Any virtual currency or items obtained through the disputed transaction may be removed from the account.

Talisman World Online reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of fraudulent activity or abuse of the payment system.
